Kiln comes with it
Shuriken's agents make every 3D model in Kiln, so the installer sets Kiln up too, for your Windows account. Blender 5.2 is the one thing to install yourself. About Kiln
Yours to change
Shuriken Studio is a gift: take it and make it your own. The full source comes with it under the MIT license, ready for you or your own AI coding agent to read, change and extend. When a new version is out it asks before updating, so a copy you've changed stays yours.

The director plans the work, specialists build it in parallel, and every milestone is tested, reviewed and checkpointed.
Kiln built in
Every 3D model in your game comes from Kiln, the AI modelling copilot that installs with Shuriken Studio: props, buildings, creatures, rigs and animations, baked for Roblox.
A whole team
Game designer, Luau and UI engineers, level designer, VFX and sound, QA, security and performance reviewers, each with its own tools.
Workshops with copilots
Animation, effects, music and sound, 3D models, UI and the storefront. Nothing goes into the game until you say so.
Bring your own game
Open an existing place: Shuriken pulls its scripts to disk and keeps Studio and the files in sync.
Nothing gets lost
Tasks, decisions and history live in each project, not in a chat, so a crash, a restart or a usage limit loses nothing.

Get started
From download to first build

Install Roblox Studio, sign in, and turn on its MCP server: Assistant → Manage MCP Servers.

Install Blender 5.2 LTS from blender.org, for Kiln.
- 3
Run the installer: it sets up Shuriken Studio and Kiln. It isn't code-signed yet: if Windows warns you, choose More info, then Run anyway.

Sign in to Claude in Settings → Claude accounts. Kiln uses the same login.

Describe a game on the start page, and watch the team build it.
You'll need
Requirements
- Windows 11, 64-bit
- Windows only for now.
- Roblox Studio, signed in
- Where the games are built, with Studio's MCP server turned on.
- A Claude Pro or Max plan, or an Anthropic API key
- The agents are Claude. Runs use your plan's usage or your API credits.
- Blender 5.2 LTS
- Free from blender.org. Kiln models in it; without it the agents fall back to Creator Store models.
- Optional: git
- Project checkpoints you can roll back to.
- A full game is a long build: it uses a lot of your Claude plan's usage.
- When a new version is out, it asks before updating. Your games are saved in Documents\Shuriken Studio\Projects. No telemetry.
